奶酪蛋糕最好是隔水烤，在烤盘里放点水，这样做出来比较好看

还有啊，不知道你用的是什么奶酪，我觉得最好是用那种白色的象豆腐一样软软的那种奶油奶酪比较好

我买的是安加的奶酪，有点像橡皮。你那个是什么牌子的？
