[原创]开始玩烤箱--元旦假期,新年小点!

继去年夏天第一次烤蛋糕严重失败后(一没放酵母,二没搁置发酵,结果只烤出一张蛋皮.....), 被老妈和一些姐妹当了很长时间的笑柄, 偶就把烤箱收起来再也不用.
所幸在藏花阁遇到这么多好MM, 又勾起我自己烤制点心的欲望....
时间选在周六, 帅锅去参加同学会, 就偶一人在家, 这样好, 没有人在旁边打击偶啦, 做的不好可以当场销毁..嘿嘿...

第一个烤的火侯不够的样子, 撒了椰丝...

剩下的面浆加了绿茶粉用微波炉烘了几块绿茶糕出来, 味道怪怪的...

第一波的总结: 总算是发酵了,成型了, 但盐放多了, 蛋少了, 而且觉得不够疏松, 我用的是自发粉, 会不会用新鲜酵母会好些?[em07]

成功的喜悦刺激了偶的兴趣, 我决定再做一遍, 这次加了个鸡蛋, 少放了点盐, 加了吉士粉, 放置发酵的时间延长了15分钟, 烤制时间稍微延长, 果真, 味道好多了..

这时候帅锅回家了, 已经吃饱肚皮了, 经不起偶的强烈要求又吃了一遍偶做的蛋糕...哈哈~~还好, 终于得到了好评, 不是打击...为了表示感谢, 又"请"他吃了一块蛋糕, 后遗症是第二天中饭他都吃不下去了...[em02][em01]

第二次做的时候发了一把提子干, 帅锅很贼, 吃的时候先把这个部位先吃掉...

恭喜水冰月MM！做的不错呢！你用的是酵母吗，可以用泡打粉试试，不用放置等待发酵，直接烤就行 ：）
