怎么样？第一次使用我的新烤箱。
做之前认真研究wynn的方子，还参考了水冰月的经验。比上次的软糕强多了吧？
就是忘了在碗里先涂上牛油，弄出来有些费劲。但味道还是很好的，甜、香！！！

正面是有点脆脆的，下面软的。
蛋糕不够发泡，可能是因为我用的是蛋糕自发粉，所以气泡作用不够。
不过这次还是挺增加信心的，明天的早饭就吃这个了，哈哈。。。

我还是挺有信心的，打算不懈努力，继续认真研究，充分利用新买的“玩具”烤箱啊。哈哈。。。

我还熬了“银耳羹”，老公回来正好做点心，哈哈！
