如果仅仅是用来无菌播种的话，不用花很多钱的。
关键是要有个超净工作台

单人的2千多～6、7千一台，价格高的过虑效果好，对周围环境洁净度的要求也低，曾见过最低卖1500的，一般的小房间，3000左右的就完全可以的了。
其他的配置基本要：
手提式的医用高压灭菌锅，约400～600元；
精度0.1g的天平，物理的数十元，电子的可能一、二百吧；
其他的药品、刀具、培养瓶、自制培养架等总共1000元以下就足够的了。
条件好的最好有空调，夏天可以降温。播种对温度的要求并不很严格，18℃～28℃都可以的，春、秋室内基本可以满足，冬天用薄膜盖住培养架，利用里面的光管发热也是可以满足的。
总的说来利用小房间，做大概2、3百瓶的无菌播种的话，估计3500～5000左右，如果利用原有的条件，可以更低，以前就见有用自制的接种箱代替超净台（但使用不如超净台方便），用家用高压锅消毒的（只要事前计算好时间，效果还是可以的），这样的话投资就更低了（以前学校里的老教授刚开始搞组织培养时就是这样干的）
剩下的就是利用业余时间和每月大概花费数十到一百元的问题了，（当然还要有个大点的阳台或小园好种苗）[em25][em25]
以上是无菌播种的大概投入。但如果是做专业的组织培养的话就远不止这个数了，单天平就要精确到0.1mg（1 g=1000mg）的了，物理的也要2000多，电子的近万元一台，还要摇床、解剖显微镜、光照培养箱等等[em21][em21]

这东西倒没有实践过，蝴蝶兰一般要3年，大花蕙兰估计应该要4、5年的。洋兰的果实一般选择在成熟开裂前消毒无菌播种于培养基中，种子如粉末状，数月后萌发形成原球茎。下以卡特兰为列

箭头所指为类原球茎，是利用生长点诱导出的，跟真正种子形成的原球茎很相似，只是后者的“绒毛”更多（以前的硬盘坏了，种子萌发的照片没了，拿这个充一下），原球茎的顶端出芽，下端形成根系（见上部的原球茎）

原球茎继续培养，发育成小苗。

小苗适时出瓶，栽于水苔中就成为卡特兰的小苗了。[em25][em25]

这个无菌工作台及设备就是用来给兰花种子配制无菌的培养基的,是吧?
培养基的成分和无土栽培营养液的成分差不多吧?
什么地方会出售这种东西呢?

培养基在室内配就行了，然后用高压锅消毒。
组织培养要求整个过程严格无菌，超净台是用来接种和换瓶的。通过过滤系统送出无真菌、细菌的气流。
培养基的营养元素跟无土栽培营养液的成分差不多，一般多了些有机物质和植物激素，国外有专门卖的，国内就还没有听说过，要自己配的。通用培养基的成份很多组织培养的书都有介绍，但具体到某种植物，特别是植物激素和特殊物的添加就只能是自己试验的了。
