这个周末，荷兰的Nuffic奖学金组织搞了个了解荷兰的excursion,午餐跟晚餐是典型的荷兰饭，贴给大家瞧瞧：

4.午餐的前菜：色拉

5.主菜还是自助，我吃的是鸡肉，土豆cheese饼，蔬菜（茄子胡萝卜啥的）

这两天忙死了，不过周末试了试wynn的酸乳酪CAKE
因为没搞清楚酸乳酪是什么，买成酸奶了，最后做的蛋糕成了果冻了！而且饼干被我吃了几根，最后不够做底的了居然，总之总之就是失败是成功的老妈，我下次再接再厉吧～

呵呵，真的成果冻了，不过卖相满好的呢，恭喜呼啦！这个蛋糕里面的确大部分就是酸奶，呼啦下次就去超市买那种盒装的新鲜奶酪，比酸奶更结块一些，闻起来酸酸的就对了。

昨天去书市了,买了N多好书,其中有一本做pasta的食谱,具喜欢,中午翻着看的时候突然看到了这一张,觉得比较简单,就改进了一下做了点小点心.

家里没面粉,有前些日子热衷做蛋糕的蛋糕粉,就代替了,菜谱里馅的原料我看着麻烦,就用豆沙代替了,总之就是洋为中用,古为今用,自学自用了!
原料就是:蛋糕粉,黄油,鸡蛋糖,香草糖,(把它们活好是包饺子面的软硬程度就可),然后向包元宵一样往里面包豆沙,最后跟菜谱一样在表面抹上蛋青,放到烤箱里烤个20分钟就成了!

再冲一杯用牛奶代替水的咖啡,上面挤上奶油,撒点巧克力粉就成cappccino了,这就是下午茶~
