这盆花要不要施肥?

买来时开的中间这朵,现在其他的花苞要开,但明显不会有中间这多大了,要不要施肥呢?施什么肥好?请高手指点!谢谢!

无锡一般红色黄色的花毛莨是八元到十元之间，颜色特别一点的十二元。
昨天买了太多东西拿不了了，不然肯定把这盆给搞定的！
