学名：Rubus hirsutus Thunb.

英文名：Hirsute Raspberry

产句容、南京等地，生长在山坡、野地、草丛中；
分布浙江、江西、福建、台湾、广东等省。

果实酸甜可食；全株及根入药

本方药功能滋肾强精，轻身乌发，延年益寿，适宜中老年人肾精亏虚、形体肥胖、须发早白、未老先衰者服用。蓬蘽虽为滋阴之品，但因其性温，故也有人认为它尚有温阳之功。因此，不论是肾阴虚者，还是肾阳虚者，均可服用本方药。阴虚火旺者应当慎用。
