应该不是卷起来了，是部分鼓胀了吧？你掰开一个看看，里边是否有很小的虫子或虫RUAN？

很象瘤蛾枝瘿蛾若虫为害的感觉。。。

是好像有小虫，有点像蚜虫大小。该怎么办？素心。

恩，如果是那样大小的虫子，应该是壁虱一类的危害了。
有可能是 叶肿壁虱，也叫 潜叶壁虱; 或者是缩叶壁虱。
这一类的成虫从叶片气孔钻入到叶肉组织，在其中产卵、繁殖，秋季成螨后会从虫瘿内钻出，到芽鞘里准备越冬

摘除病叶，销毁 - 烧毁或者药水浸透或者抽水马桶里冲。。。掉。因为摘下后不想办法销毁的话，还是会出来继续危害的，并且容易蔓延。

摘除后，再去农药店看看有什么好药。

以前在我爷爷家的果树上也看到过，这个虫瘿。。。很恶心的样子。不过不了解具体怎么防治。
刚才去查了一下防止的办法，给你参考吧：

](1)早春发芽前。花芽开始膨大时，喷布石硫合别，防治效果很好。
(2)发现有缩叶、皱叶，及时摘除，集中消灭，严防蔓延。
(3)展叶期喷石硫合剂，或15%哒螨灵2000～3000倍液，或20%三氯杀螨醇500～700倍液等，均能取得较好的防治效果。
(4)严格检疫苗木和接穗，防止传播。
