大家帮忙看看这是群众还是奸细？

去年春天在楼顶花池里长出3个小苗，刚发芽的时候子叶和凤仙花（指甲花）的子叶差不多，一开始长出来的叶子除了比凤仙花的叶子稍圆，大小、样子也差不多，我看它挺粗壮的，不象小草，就把它留着。后来它的叶子长多一些，就能看出来和凤仙花明显不同了。

后来只留下一棵，期待它有一天会开出什么花来。今年开春后它的生长速度突然快起来，叶子都变得很大，显然是一棵小树而不是我以前以为的草本植物。花池里的木本都是经过精心安排的，各有各的位置，现在它长在在葡萄下，要把旁边的栀子花的空间霸占了，而最主要的是每个来玩的人都问我它是什么，而我答不上来。

决定把它咔嚓掉，但还是很想知道它到底是什么东西，因为它长在这里有一年了。也免得误杀好人。

靠近根部的茎木制化。

它长得这么大，夏天就不能在这里种向日葵了。

附近没见过这样的树，不知道它怎么来的。
