20分钟搞定的简单晚餐

做法全很简单
1番茄藕片:准备一个番茄一根藕,番茄切片,藕切滚刀块,炒锅做油先下番茄略炒接着放如藕块继续翻炒,放盐,糖调味后OK

2青红椒麻炒辣肠:青红椒各3个切块,麻辣肠1根切片,炒锅做油热后下上述原料翻炒,放入料酒,盐,生抽调味后OK

3素烧小水萝卜:小水萝卜洗干净切滚刀块,注意不用去皮,下热油锅煸炒至熟,放盐,糖,醋和少量生抽调味,最后用淀粉勾芡出锅,上面撒点碎的香葱(蒜苗碎更好)点缀OK

LG不在家,偶通常是面条,点心,零食,水果或者干脆。。。不吃!
