自制新鲜美味的鱼丸汤

小免鱼一条,切头,淘内脏,洗净,晾干。自己第一次做,买了一条最小的,8元钱。

把鱼骨头去掉,方法可以是用菜刀刮肉下来,也可以横剖下来。鱼皮切成细条或颗粒。鱼肉我给剁成末了,后来吃的时候发现,其实不要剁才有咬劲。
40分钟后,这样子。生姜去皮剁成碎末,越细越好,葱几根,生粉2勺(我这样小的勺子)

伸出你的玉手,使劲揉捏,直到有韧劲为止。夏天的时候捏快点,不然手温足以把鱼肉弄熟,不熟也要馊了[em21]

生姜切4片,爆锅,加水,煮开

锅里的加桐菜叶一片(切横条)煮开。一般是不放菜叶的,我是因为菜吃不完,加了一片进去。
汤碗里加葱末、盐、味精、糊椒粉、醋,然后把锅里的鱼丸汤倒进汤碗里。好了,开饭了!

你也试试看吧,正宗温州做法的新鲜美味的鱼丸啊[em27]
我做的没有菜市场里的成品好吃。他们做的鱼丸有咬劲,我估计是因为他们没有把鱼肉剁了,刮下鱼肉直接揉的,我揉的时间不够,而且鱼也没有晾干,带水分的,太湿了。

馋啊,我爸爸刚从福建带来的鱼丸还在冰箱里,今晚策划着做个鱼丸汤解解馋!

有竹,做鱼丸还可以用鳗鱼,也很精到的。

还有黄鱼的,成本太高,还有马交鱼,比较大众。
