佛肚竹出芽了

昨天去花市买了这个。可不知怎样栽，请高手指教。
它是竹鞭吗？栽的时候是该横着，还是该立着？

5月8日栽上的，10日早晨就冒出了一个芽。

最先出的芽大约有7-8公分了，而且又出了两个小芽。
不过和花卉市场的好像不同。
