取材还可以更嫩点的，否则入口容易生渣。


许多人知道“宁可食无肉，不可居无竹”的说法，但是，要吃嫩竹老笋，少了猪肉就会少了许多香美。

555555我前几天还在怀念这种广西的竹笋，真的好想吃了，去年春天回桂林时唯一点名要吃的就是它！！真的好香啊~~江浙的竹笋是没有那种味道的：（小时候还自己上山去掰过，不过农民砍竹子是剩下的竹签要是踩到了可是不得了的。

这个浙江是有的,不过笋一定要烧透才能吃,不然有涩味,我吃了还会胃不舒服,自从查出有点小小的胃炎,笋就少吃,几乎不吃了..............

哈哈，这个我们这里很多呢，不过现在已经不是吃的季节啦，一般清明前后吃是最嫩的。今年我们这的笋不好吃，因为上年天太旱，长出来的笋缺少水份，吃起来有点干硬。

浙西北和苏南山区有很多的，特别是浙江的德清，成片栽植的。

我在桂林吃泉水鸡，店小二给我们上了一盆这个，烫熟了吃，脱不了青滓气。没有烧猪肉吃来得香。[em37]

江浙一带春笋过了以后就是这种边笋，不过绿的不能吃了。
看见那盘菜又想起在天伦吃的前几天。
