幽兰,这个超级简单,你可以烤了阿。wynn的配方,我没有柠檬,用了椰酱。
材料:170G黄油,200G面粉,110G糖,2G盐,蛋2个,椰酱2大勺
1。170G植物黄油打软,+110G糖+2G盐拌匀。
2。+椰酱2大勺拌匀。
3。2个蛋液分次加入,拌匀。
4。200G面粉加入拌匀。
结果是这样的

5。用小勺一个个放好,要有间距,等一下会变大的。撒上芝麻。

6。180预热5分钟,烤13分钟,开始上色的时候我改为170度。用了好几次才烤完面糊。成品有9两。
