请各位前辈帮忙看看我的杜鹃怎么了

请各位前辈帮忙诊断我的杜鹃得的什么病？新叶子有的叶尖和边缘发红发黄，有的有褐色斑，老叶黑焦卷起，所有的杜鹃都这样，就连新买的，养一段日子叶子也从油绿变成这样。不过花还是能开，新芽也能长。
