【原创】开箱第十四烤:葱油饼干

每天一烤啊,有那么好玩吗?今早还和我老公说杨子的烤箱利用率真高,几天烤的东西,我一年也烤不出来。

看上去就很好吃啊
不过我现在觉得黄油的味道太重
不知道用色拉油行不行

材料:黄油120G,糖3/4大勺,盐大半小勺(看成大勺了,所以有些咸了,不过我还可以,帅哥就觉得咸了),水1/2杯,葱,面粉300g,泡打粉3/4大勺

1。葱一小碟切好

2。黄油融化加糖,盐加水融化倒入黄油中,在放入葱。

3。面粉和泡打粉搅拌,放入黄油中揉成面团

5。用刀切好,洞洞是牙签戳的,戳的累死,热死

6。175度预热,烤10分,烤好的样子

7。我觉得我的比WYNN的厚点,还可以多烤3-5分钟,上色,觉得不够焦。味道不错。喜欢葱可以多放点。晚上拍,觉得有点惨白。

比买的好上100倍,没有太多添加剂。

对了,我还辛辛苦苦做了一个心的,结果拍的时候不见了,大概被帅哥吃掉了,不过他不承认。
