第一次吃苦瓜的时候觉得真难吃，但是吃过以后慢慢就喜欢上了
夏天吃这个好
先把苦瓜去瓤，切片，然后放在沸水里汆一下。用冷水冲一下再沥干。
油烧热，先放进剁椒酱炒香，再放肉丁，肉丁熟了就把苦瓜，一点咸菜末放进去一起炒，苦瓜的颜色变绿了以后就可以了

想吃这个干菜烧肉!特别喜欢这种有细笋干的干菜!

笛子的酱爆龙虾看上去真诱人,外面店里的不敢吃,自己也不会做,所以没得吃!
