原料：[/B]新鲜鸡头米（芡实），新鲜百合（怕苦的可以去苦膜），新绿豆，蜂蜜OR白糖（看各人喜好）

[B]芡实：[/B]性味甘、涩、平,入脾肾二经,能补脾止泻,固肾涩精。是苏东坡居士的养生佳药。
      新鲜芡实，口感极佳 - 香软带一点韧性。 是干货所不能比的。。。

[B]百合：[/B]味甘微苦，性平，入心肺经，在药用上有润肺止咳、养阴消热、清心安神之效。可用于心肺阴虚,久咳,痰血,虚烦,惊悸等症状。清香味美。

[B]绿豆：[/B]性味甘、寒。补虚清火，解毒利尿、消暑止渴。熟食可用于风疹、水肿、气逆、小便不利、脘腹胀满以及消渴、中暑等。
（注：本品最善解毒，凡酒精中毒、煤气、金石丹火，均可选用。服药不可食用，其有解药之功而致药无力。糖尿病人可煮汁饮用或煮食，久服有效。）
