妞妞家的午餐

笛子

今天在妞妞家做义工，妞妞好吃好喝的招待了一下
我也做了两个菜

香煎大排
大排先用刀背敲松，然后用酱油，糖，桂皮，茴香，姜腌半个小时到一个小时的样子
小碗放一点生粉，把腌好的大排两面都沾上粉后放平底锅煎熟，我觉得嫩一点比较好吃，要保险一点的话就多煎一会。
煎好后，撒点胡椒粉，马上吃，味道就问问妞妞了[em11][em11]
