喂马来看,肥皂果冻~(有新做法~)

昨天收到喂马的凉粉,谢谢喂马!
第一次做,看了喂马的帖子好几遍,不做是不行地,要不然喂马这么热的天帮我买东西,我怎么对得起她,[em04].
我的方法如下

准备了1斤水,(刚好可以倒在2个小的塑料储物盒里,还有一个圆的冰淇淋盒子)
倒一半水在碗里,加了半包白凉粉(有可能太多了),加1调羹蜂蜜,2调羹白糖,1调羹新的牌混合浓缩果汁,拌匀.
另一半水倒锅里煮开,倒入碗里加了料的凉粉,再煮开.(居然没糊,我还以为会变成糊的)
把煮开的东西分别道入3个容器.

好了,就算做完一半,等待冷却就行了,为了好看,我弄了点鲜花,凤仙花2朵,罗勒叶子几片,拿了两跟竹签当筷子,小心把花放进去,结果是太烫,花的颜色都变了,大红色和粉红色都成了一个颜色了,叶子也烫卷了.下次再要这么做的话,可以等凉一点,还没有结冻的时候再放了.

为了加速冷却,我在大碗里放了水,把容器放进去,很快就凉了,然后放进冰箱.大概1小时就结好了吧.

这次不知道是蜂蜜的缘故好是果汁的缘故,上面有点泡漠,表面不是很光滑.

方的肥皂还有一块,这块我吃掉了,的确比买的果冻要好吃,就是吐花太麻烦,下次不放了
