今天试做了巧克力的美味五杯鸭，好吃，不过没有鸡皮果。拍得也特难看！

还做的海蟹，很鲜甜。样子也不太好看。

看起来有点肥，不过口感很好哦！只是我这边买不到黄酒，只好用米酒代替了。请杨大厨点评。

原来黄酒不是全国都有的啊，不错不错，肥的话可以放霉干菜。

应该都有吧，只是我没去找，超市的某个角落一定有的。这几天我找找看，妈妈也答应了帮忙找，看来我们这个地方用黄酒还是比较少的。
