手撕鸡

童子鸡一只,洗干净,去头,斩成大块约5块,加姜片、花椒粉、老酒、盐加水煮10分钟

调料:用麻油炒熟的白芝麻,加辣油、醋、白糖、老酒拌匀

撕扯的鸡肉和切块的鸡肉,口感是不一样的,撕扯的更加嫩滑
调料随个人喜好,这菜是从熟食店学来的,一定要加芝麻,香多了

有竹厉害呀,看着就觉得手撕鸡好吃呀。用的是什么鸡,普通肉鸡还是柴鸡?

小鱼,就是超市里已经处理干净的新鲜童子鸡,我觉得童子鸡的肉容易熟,还嫩
一只童子鸡大概8元钱,二人能吃3顿

北京人把农家放养的土鸡叫柴鸡,肉比较劲叨,肉鸡口感很软绵。
