大白身世挺坎坷的，他是琉璃眼的金吉拉串，出生的时候是90年，中国还没人知道什么名猫，就说大白这种猫是纯种的波斯猫。那年月，好猫一般到不了老百姓家里，都送到高官手里走关系。

幼年的他，作为稀罕的礼品，被送到了一位国家领导人家里（名字就不说了，反正说出来大家都听说过）。可是，没多久，领导人家里有人猫毛过敏，就把他寄养到朋友家——这个朋友就是我姑姑。从那时候起，大白就吃伟嘉猫粮，一吃就是十几年，他恐怕是中国第一批吃伟嘉的猫咪了。

在朋友家寄养了几年，领导人说，彻底不要他了。于是，大白就在我姑姑家安家落户。

大白是只健壮的公猫，骨架非常大，毛色丰润，雪白雪白的，是一般猫咪身材的1.5倍。去势后的他在姑姑家翻天覆地，唯一的目的就是找吃的祭五脏庙，他曾经把一个装满红烧肉的高压锅从锅台上推下来，大快朵颐；也曾经为了偷吃姑姑家其他猫咪的食物而大打出手。

大白9岁那年，姑姑搬家了，不能再养他，就给了我们。那时候我还没遇见现在的LG，和妈妈住在平房，大白来到平房的小院儿，就此称霸一方，他平时在屋顶上睡觉，在香椿树上磨爪子，不允许野猫接近小院儿方圆50米之内，我们养在院子里的松鸦，被他护得严严实实，我们眼瞅着他打跑几只觊觎松鸦肉的野猫和一只黄鼠狼。

中途，大白丢了两个月，有一天忽然回来了，脖子上的黑色进口防蚤项圈被人换成了红色的，毛也剪短了，嘴边结着猫饭的嘎巴，回来就扎到猫粮食盆里猛吃，从此再也不离开小院儿一步。

一条街的人都知道这只大白猫，他经常不知从哪里叼回整条的鸡腿、整只的猪蹄，放在猫粮盆边，给我们看他的胜利果实。我们搬家走的时候，沿街的人都说：“啊，原来他是你们家的啊。”言下之意，没少偷我们家东西吃，哈哈。

大白在平房和我们住了一年，10岁的时候和我们搬回了姑姑家的房子——现在是我们装修好的家。回到楼房的大白很寂寞，总是站在阳台居高远眺，17层的高度，也许能让他想起小院儿那棵香椿树最高最远的枝头。

大白跟人非常要好，从小，我就喜欢枕着大白睡觉，他能一动不动的忍耐到我醒来，然后才抖抖身上的毛，去上厕所。

大白11岁那年春节，当时是我同事的LG，借口给大白照相，来到我们家，勇敢的踏出了追求我的第一步。大白是我和我LG的小媒人呢。

接着我和我LG结婚了，回家探亲，带回探探（吉娃娃狗狗），大白对探探非常容忍，探探喜欢到大白碗里吃猫粮，大白也只是在旁边宽容的看着。别看探探那么小，大白一爪子就能打瞎他的眼睛，可大白从来不对探探生气，探探经常追得大白满屋子乱跑，最后没辙的大白就躲到冰箱上头，看着探探在地上着急。

接着我和LG搬走了，再后来又把探探接走了，大白仍然留在娘家，和妈妈做伴。据说那天因为没有探探打扰，大白整整睡了24小时，睡醒了还到处找探探。

转眼又三年了，14岁高龄的大白，一点儿都没有老猫的样子，还是一张纯净的娃娃脸，前些日子听妈妈说他NN的时候嘶叫，可能有尿路结石，正要带他去看医生，换了新伟嘉猫粮，他就好了，NN顺畅，还胖回了壮年时的样子，精神也特别棒，见着人就蹭上来要抱抱。

宠物医生看过大白，说真没想到，14岁的老猫还能这么健康。老猫一般最后都是肾衰竭导致多种并发症而死，大白却没有这个迹象。也许他还能活很多很多年。
