虾之延续……海鲜黄金饼

对虾也只有１４元一斤了，趁便宜多吃点啊[em38]
我前天做了虾丸，按鱼丸的做法，可失败了，不好吃
除了煮蒸炸，还能做成什么虾产品呢？

炒，烤都可以的吧。还可以做成馅，包饺子。我喜欢吃红焖大虾。

昨天书店看来的，本来还有鱿鱼丝等海鲜，我省了
２人分备料：鸡蛋２个，洋葱1/4个，姜丝少许，葱末少许，盐少许，大活对虾5只煮熟剥壳切２段，生粉小勺，黄酒少许
打蛋，把虾肉放入鸡蛋液，加盐、生粉、黄酒拌匀
锅里倒入比平常炒鸡蛋多一倍的油（使鸡蛋饼牢固不破），爆香洋葱姜丝葱白，把蛋液倒入不要打散，使之成一圆形，凝固后翻过来再煎一会，再翻过来，撒入葱绿，煎的久点，鸡蛋呈金黄色后关火，过２分钟提起锅用铲子滑入盆里
金灿灿、香怦怦的鸡蛋饼就成了
相机坏了，没法拍，哪位做了麻烦上一张看看[em38][em38][em38][em38]

看起来很好吃的样子！！！洋葱姜丝葱白先炒好的话，是不是也融入蛋液里面了？？我一般都是先混合好的，直接将蛋液摊到油锅里的。

第一次做的时候按菜普做，后来嫌麻烦都是弄好蛋液全倒到锅里
其实洋葱还是爆一下比较香
