至从有了女儿茜茜后，工作以外的大部分时间都用在了她身上，很少有机会外拍，更没时间提笔继续写KAKU摄影系列，开始说的要写篇《跟着KAKU一起学摄影之昆虫篇》，可这几个月基本以拍女儿为主，另外藏花阁今年添了那么多小花，那就先写篇儿童摄影的帖子，也算谈谈这几个月来给女儿拍成长照的体会，藏花的新爸新妈看到贴后也希望谈谈自己给宝贝拍照的心得体会，共同切磋，留住宝贝们成长中的精彩每一瞬。
考虑到孩子的生理特征及发育情况，打算分几阶段，第一阶段 0~5月、第二阶段6~12月、第三阶段1~3岁、第四阶段……,我家茜茜目前只有4月大，我也就只有4个月的摄影经历，那让我们一起先讨论第一阶段吧。
第一阶段 0~5月
小宝宝的出世，无疑会给整个家庭带来莫大的喜悦，做为初为人父、人母的你，在兴奋之余别忘了拿起相机记录下宝宝初生的瞬间，若干年后再去回味这一刻，无论是你还是宝宝都是甜美的。
在宝宝出世之前你所要做的准备就是给相机充足电，把拍摄程序调到自动档（每一瞬间都是稍纵即逝的，没有时间给你调相机），把闪光灯调在强制不闪档（新生儿的眼睛未发育好，避免强光照射），时刻准备着迎接宝宝的到来。因国内很多地方没有陪产，所以你拍到的第一张宝宝照就只能是护士抱回病房后了。在医院的一个礼拜，你可能因为对新生儿护理缺少经验，每天总会为宝宝忙得团团转，没太多时间给宝宝拍照。刚出生的宝宝还没什么表情，对你的引逗也没什么反应，所以拍不出什么出彩的照片，因而你只要给他拍几张留念型的照片就行。
宝宝回家后，相对拍摄时间比较充裕，那各种拍摄创意由你定了。
下面通过几组照片对比，探讨一些问题。
一、 光线
一般拍照时间选择在早上太阳刚出来那段时间，一方面光线比较柔和也够明亮，另一方面宝宝通过一个晚上的充足的睡眠，心情比较好。
选择拍照的位置，最好靠近窗户或室外，光线充足，这样拍的时候不必担心宝宝乱动不合作了。

图1由于光线不够明亮，宝宝稍有晃动照片就糊掉。

图2选择清晨的室外，有充足的光线，宝宝再动也不怕拍糊了。

拍摄角度最好选择顺光拍，这样拍出来宝宝的皮肤更细腻，而逆光则容易拍出小黑脸。

图3是顺光拍摄，宝宝皮肤看上去白皙光滑。

图4就是逆光拍摄，因相机调在自动档，它会平衡高光和低光部分给出中间值，容易出现小黑脸，象我女儿一样本来皮肤就不白的宝宝，千万别拍逆光照，除非你用相机手动功能。

二、 背景
0~5个月的宝宝活动场所有限，要么在床上要么在妈妈的怀里，照片拍得一多就觉得场景单调，这时候你可给宝宝适当添加拍摄背景，来取得不一样的效果。

图5地上摆了绿布，上面放上长毛绒等玩具，一个不错的拍摄场景。

三、 姿势
前两个月宝宝脊椎未发育，一般以躺姿拍摄为主，2、3个月后就可给宝宝依靠后拍些独立坐姿照了。
