2、对着蓝天测光，天蓝云白，当地面景物看上去暗了，不用偏光镜想两全齐美不容易啊。

就是放镜头前的滤镜啊，它一半有过滤层透光少，把有滤膜的一半放上面（就是挡在天空位置），这样就能平衡天空和地面的光差，出来地面明亮，天空很蓝的感觉。

你说的不是偏光镜，应该是渐变灰镜。
偏光镜就是通常说的偏振镜，通过两片镜片的旋转，过滤偏振光——如玻璃上的反光。
