[原创]混沌星期一:提神早餐--海绵提子蛋糕+咖啡

星期一早上上班总是一付不愿意醒来,恨不能再过个星期八的样子. 刚到办公室,电脑刚开, 准备着泡壶茶,冲杯咖啡的时候,老板就冲进来叫开早会......只好饿着肚子去开会,等着老板问:ANYTHING ELSE? 俺就拼命摇头:NOTHING~~~~

终于坐定, 高兴地打开昨天半夜做好的海绵提子蛋糕,小心地切下两块, 赶紧把剩下的包包好收起(瞧,电脑到位了,人就变的小气了,怕香味被大家闻到,动作可快了...嘿嘿~~)

啃之前当然不忘记拍张片片上来臭现一下, 已经好久没有臭显摆了吧?

做成条型的,方便切割和携带,咖一口咖啡,啃一口蛋糕,感觉真是好,不过内心里觉得,这种蛋糕在下午时间配红茶最入口..

这是另一款海绵蛋糕, 淡淡巧克力+肉桂味的, 已经被帅锅一个人消灭掉了, 今天的这个还没给他瞧见我就带到办公室了,不然俺又没份了..

海绵蛋糕比戚风蛋糕稍微难些,主要是全蛋打发的程度不太好掌握,之前我做过失败的例子,但有了电动搅拌机,就没有问题了,口感上比戚风蛋糕结实,但弹性好,可以用来做蛋糕卷.

还烤了一个瓜子饼干,加了麦片在里面,因为上次做了一个芝麻麦片烤饼,同事们都说非常好吃,这次就换了瓜子的试试,可是觉得没有芝麻的好吃, 而且多烤了两分钟,颜色太深了,口感倒是没有什么变化...

当然在上班啦~~~嘘!小声点,我们有网管的, 老板不在,边做事儿边上点图图...

饼干就是用派盘烤的,然后切开的.

现在正是下午茶时间,开始喝茶吃蛋糕喽~~~
