学做五杯鸡和糯米蒸鸡,一个失败,一个成功

买了一只肉仔鸡,一半用来向巧克力学做五杯鸡,煮好了一吃,完全没有了鸡的味道,失

败。原因可能是肉仔鸡味比较淡,造成调料完全夺走了鸡的味道,好像在吃调料。以后还

是用鸭试一试。

另一半鸡用来向丹琪学做糯米蒸鸡。糯米吸收了鸡的油汁,米香糯有弹性,鸡清香不油腻。成功。

5杯鸡我也做过,感觉还好的么.

我想是我用的肉仔鸡味太淡,不适合五杯做法,柴鸡是不是会好些?

又做了糯米鸡

这次借鉴粤菜糯米鸡的做法,料用得很足。
这是馅:蘑菇、冬笋、瘦猪肉、虾仁、各种调料、淀粉沟浓芡、冷藏,香菇泡软,鸡肉淹 入味,蒸熟。

糯米蒸熟,伴入各种调料,包住一勺馅及一个香菇和一块鸡肉,再用粽叶包住。(我没有买到荷叶)

看着就好吃,但是我不会蒸糯米饭;(

和蒸米饭差不多,最好先把江米用清水泡半到一小时。

我后来做了粉蒸排骨一样好吃,就是排骨一样的腌一下,然后把超市买的蒸肉米粉裹在排骨上蒸.味道一样很好.
复杂的做法就是把米自己炒了,再捣碎做米粉,太麻烦了.

今年我种的荷花又是只长叶子没开花,不过还是没时间做荷叶粉蒸肉。
