今天花10.5元买了5个扇贝,试试自己做了,以前都饭店里吃的巨贵.
到网上查个方子,就动手.
洗干净,把肉从壳上剥下来,放在一个壳上.粉丝泡软.大蒜切成末,和粉丝拌匀,加盐,酒和味精.拌好的粉丝放在扇贝上.大火蒸5分钟.完了撒葱花,滴点酱油,(我用 的李锦记蒸鱼酱油).
泼点热油,可以吃了.
味道鲜美,就是比饭店的差了一点点.
下次把酱油也拌到粉丝里大概会好点的.
