我以前一直搞不清楚山药、地瓜、蕃薯、土豆之间的关系。
一个称呼叫山药蛋的是土豆吗？

土豆是马铃薯;

地瓜是红薯和白薯的统称,喂马这个是白薯!一般是生吃或炒起来吃,比较脆不是很甜.
