还是我来说说吧，幸好这几样东西我都很清楚。

山药好像很少叫别的，一般都是叫山药，是长长的，褐色的皮，表面有根须，把皮刮了，里头是白色的，有黏液，粘手上会使皮肤发痒。

土豆，也叫山药蛋，球形的，这个大家都知道吧。

红薯，在某些地方也叫白薯，或地瓜，红色或接近白色的皮，心里也有白色和红色的，甜的。

马师傅这个，我们叫白地瓜·或者剥皮地瓜，白色的皮，因为上面有土，所以看着土色了。可以直接把皮剥了生吃，是甜的，比较脆。或者炒菜吃。

其实老家还有一种也叫薯的东西，外表和里面都是接近于山药，但是外形象地瓜那么大的。

补充说明一下:
土豆,杭州人又叫它为"洋番薯"."洋芋艿". 芋艿我们就叫它芋艿,宁波人叫它毛芋艿...还有谁继续来接龙呀...

偶记得小时候邻居好多福建人，他们那边产一种紫色的被我们叫做脚板薯的东东，不知道它还有什么名字没有。
在东北这些年一直没见过甜甜的凉薯，难道东北这地方它长不出来？郁闷。

能这样拨皮法子的东西除了洋葱我还没发现过其它的蔬菜，呵呵
肯定不是土豆，也不是山芋，更不是山药，因为前两样东西是我最喜欢也最常吃的，山药么在菜场上看见过，是长长的形状不对。

晕死了，我们这满街都是，就叫地瓜。一般都是买了就撕皮，当水果生吃的。很便宜的，几毛钱一大个！
