吃了又吃这个会吃腻--香蔬烤猪大排

又是极简单懒人烤法:

猪大排:6片
白洋葱: 1个,条件允许请用小洋葱头
土豆: 2个
迷迭香: 自产, 剪了一把, 去梗留叶, 剁碎(一定要剁碎,本人偷懒,直接加进去,结果味道差一截了...)
盐:适量
白葡萄酒: 用红的代替了...
CHEESE粉: 170克, 我自己磨的.

土豆刨成小片或切成丁, 煮熟沥干水分捞出来. 洋葱切成细丝, 加迷迭香碎,土豆一起和均, 准备平底烤盘一个, 将混合蔬菜铺一半在底面, 将猪大排排放在上面, 把剩下的蔬菜铺在肉排上, 均匀倒上酒.
烤箱200度预热,烤盘裹上锡纸入烤箱烤20分钟后取出,将CHEESE均匀撒在表面,继续烤10分钟后既可.

很厉害的一道菜, 我和帅锅拼命吃, 吃不下...晚饭奏这几块肉排就足够足够了.

烤制过程中会出水,所以土豆要沥干水,洋葱沥干水, 大排用干净的布吸干水, 不然多出来的汁水会很多, 水太多会影响肉的味道..

成品上盘, 饿的时候端上来时让人口水稀里哗啦的, 没想到吃第二个的时候就能考验你的真正战斗力了,俺还是可以的, 死活把第三个吞下去, 反正前两天去称体重发现已经胖的不象话了, 试衣服的时候简直没衣服穿..[em19]回到家里变本加厉的吃东西来发泄...
