偶是在味千拉面吃过一次薯球，很好吃，回家后就自己试着做一下：
土豆煮熟碾成泥，拌入三色杂菜

可是炸出来的薯球软成了一摊泥，问了同事，说是应该再在薯泥里加入面粉或生粉之类的增加粘性。有兴趣的朋友不妨试一下[em27]
