一锅炒,这个最滑稽了,本来是两个菜,莴苣百合和青椒肉片,后来看看前者量太少,干脆一锅拌了.

还有只能在酒店里才能看的到的各种蘑菇，清炖或炖鸡汤都好吃

丹琪真的太贤惠啦！偶不行了，在藏花这样耳濡目染的，偶快郁闷死了。。。。。。

偶也很喜欢吃蘑菇，丹琪这个是圆蘑吧？不知道南方有没有一种蘑菇，偶们这边叫滑子蘑，黄色的，小小的，做汤炒着都很好吃，我最喜欢的。

蘑菇简直简单到不敢让我自己相信.先把蘑菇的柄摘下来,看菜谱是要扔掉的,自己吃节约一点,不扔了.温油下蘑菇,翻一下,马上改用小火锔10分钟左右,中间翻几次.要看蘑菇多少控制时间,最后加盐和味精就可以了,但是一定要用平底锅.我喜欢吃这种蘑菇,这是学来的自己最喜欢的吃法了.

呵呵，麻婆萝卜挺有创意的，不过我还是喜欢吃白水萝卜，沾辣椒。那个肉馅蛋饼吃起来会不会比较油呢？好象我也应该买些蘑菇吵吵吃了。
