女儿要吃蜜豆，狂搜一阵，没找到做法，瞎做一回。

奶奶在的时候做过的，[em15][em15][em15]我听她说过，但是我没试验过哦！
先用水煮红豆（要选容易煮烂的红豆），煮到豆壳都浮在水面上（水不能像平时煮红豆汤时这么多，但也不能很少，一是容易焦，二是豆壳浮不上来），把豆壳捞干净，再慢慢把红豆的水收干（注意火候，小心焦），放入细砂糖，拌匀。如果豆泥不是很细，就用勺子碾细，或者用干净纱布把豆泥包起来，挤一下。
这些都要在热的时候做好，然后放在碗里，做好的尽快吃完，豆沙很容易坏的，不吃就尽量不要去翻动它了。

这个，我用红豆做过红豆沙，不过我用滤网把壳滤走了，这个步骤不一样，其他都一样，还有收水的时候火不要太大，容易糊的。
