看了水冰月的百里香蜜翅,我自己做了迷迭香蜜汁鸡翅。

材料:鸡翅(最好是翅中)、迷迭香碎、番茄沙司、蜂蜜、柠檬(根据自己的口味放,我也是第一次做)、盐少许
做法:1、先将鸡翅洗净放锅里煮开,去味;
2、将迷迭香碎、番茄沙司、蜂蜜、柠檬、盐混合的蜜汁浸泡鸡翅1小时;
3、放微波炉里烧烤3分钟,再翻过来刷汁一次烤2分钟,如此反复烤出金黄色就ok了。
