<>卤水猪耳朵和牛肚<br><br><img src="attachments/dvbbs/2006-7/20067317343996876.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.alt=\'Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out\';}" onmouseover="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.style.cursor=\'hand\'; this.alt=\'Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out\';}" onclick="if(!this.resized) {return true;} else {window.open(\'attachments/dvbbs/2006-7/20067317343996876.jpg\');}" onmousewheel="return imgzoom(this);" alt="" /><br><br>这个属于凉拌菜,猪耳朵和牛肚都洗干净,烧一锅开水把他们都放进去稍煮一会儿,捞出来再洗一遍,原锅水倒掉,把猪耳朵和牛肚放进去再加满水,里面放姜片,花椒,八角(就是大料),陈皮,酱油,糖,(wynn有时候就放这些,不过如果材料齐全会再加 桂皮,草果)大火煮开,再改小火卤进味,最后再加盐。猪耳朵不能煮太久,不然皮煮化了就不好吃了。牛肚却要多煮煮,不然咬不动 :P 都煮好以后捞出来放冰箱保存,要吃的时候拿出来切丝,伴入葱丝,生抽,一点糖,辣椒酱,麻油。</P>
