猪肋排和鸡翅

这个简单啊,几乎不要动脑筋的.昨天晚上腌的,刚才烤了吃掉.冰箱里还有一半,不敢全烤了怕吃太多.
鸡翅只烤了两个,几秒钟就解决了,味道很象必胜客的,可以说很接近了.看来以后不用老想着他的烤翅了,自己完全可以做了.秘诀是买李锦记的蜜制烤肉酱,将鸡翅用酱涂摸均匀放冰箱一晚.我还加了一点点盐和白酒.好吃好吃,妞妞你也可以做了.

猪肋排用盐料酒酱油白糖味精腌一晚上.我加入自己喜欢的辣椒酱.昨天没买到龟甲万的酱油,台湾朋友告诉我统一酱油也不错,用了点,还可以.

一定要用烤箱吗？用微波炉行不行？看了真是受不了，真起马上回家试试。我结婚的时候好象谁送了烤箱，一直放在妈妈家，看来这次真的要下决定去拿回来试试了，太诱人了！
