微波蜜汁蒜香烤鸡翅!

用微波炉的微波和烧烤两档烤出来的鸡翅。
先看成品照哦!!

过程:
1.鸡翅洗干净,然后用针在翅膀上扎好多好多小孔,为了入味快而深。
象在给翅膀做针灸,嘿嘿。
   然后,拿个保鲜袋,把鸡翅放进去,加入盐、少量酱油(增色和味)、料酒、糖和胡椒粉,当然吃蒜香味的,还要加蒜末。我加了不多(两瓣),所以蒜味道也不是很浓,刚刚好。
   接着,就是把袋子扎紧(空气挤出),隔着袋子给翅膀按摩按摩。还不是为了入味么!!

2.在烤之前,尽量多按摩按摩,就是让它把调料腌入味。我等了一个小时,其中不时进行按摩的。呵呵,堪称星级服务啦!
   腌好的鸡翅,从袋子里倒出,连袋子里的调料汁放入盆子中,微波四分钟(中途翻身一次)

3.准备好烤盘,把翅膀肉肉多的一面先朝上(因为皮的那面卖相好,所以要等会烤)。用微波炉的烧烤档,八分钟(5分钟后,拿出来刷上蜂蜜,再继续烤)

4.翅膀翻身,直接刷蜂蜜,接着烧烤8分钟(根据各自的功率吧!!)

你的微波炉有烤盘的?会不会爆的一塌糊涂?

烤盘是买的时候送的,还有一个架子,可以把烤盘搁高
烤的时候没爆。可能是微波烧的时候就已经把油烧出一部分的缘故吧。

不会太甜的。就涂了点在表皮上么。:)

可惜我家的微波炉没有烧烤功能,看来这个烤箱是一定要到娘家去拿回来了!
鱼儿烤的鸡翅真是色香味俱全,一定不够吃,是不是?
