[求助]请各位推荐猪肚的吃法

过年回老家，妈妈往行李里塞了个猪肚，是处理过的（至于怎么处理的，不要问我[em04][em04]），现在一直放在冰箱里，不知道该怎么吃法。食府里的高手们指点一下下？

虽然咨询了很长时间，但一直也没机会实践。今天晚上总算尝试了一下。
肚子是之前熏过的。
我笨，选了个最简单的做法[em01][em01]
