[贴图]辣仔鸡翅

做法简单: 鸡翅中N个, 斩成两段, 加点盐和迷迭香叶片一起腌片刻, 小红尖椒一堆, 冲洗干净. 锅中加半锅油, 微热时将鸡翅段和小红尖椒倒入锅中一起炸,熟了即可起锅了.
本次做法有所欠缺,应该加点花椒一起炸,小红椒辣的不够, 应该再加点麻进去的!

<>看起来很不错，如果想吃得辣一点就把把尖椒切开炒，尖椒的用量用你这份的1/3就可以很辣了（如果尖椒是辣味的话） 放些花椒进去味道会丰富些，花椒要后放，要不炸糊了味道会发苦。</P>
