<>要看墙上写着"龙井问茶"的才能敲门.不是所有龙井路上的人家都分了茶园.听蔡大姐当初的介绍.后面狮子山上的那小块茶园,当年是受过乾隆皇封的,那块地的分配,一直按照每20年重新划分一次.只有从前有资格的人家才继续有资格分,如果当年的农民户口在文革前后转成工人了.就失去了资格.因此龙井路上有些人家是没有狮子山的茶园的.但是如果是嫁进村的女儿.过了20年.也有了分的资格.全部狮子山的茶园就那么点.蔡大姐家很幸运,可以分的人有四个.我们去的前一年重新划分时,她自己嫁进村刚超过20年.她LG,她自己,还有2个儿子,一共四份.把她骄傲得不行! 那块茶园出的茶,每年春茶下来时,香港来的收茶人,就站在茶园里,眼看着采,看着她LG亲手炒茶,然后高价收购.根本没有流入市面的机会. 她诚实地告诉我们当时喝的茶虽然也是自己的茶,但是是村后的茶园里种的.茶下来的时间是3月28日.那里能分到1亩多.狮子山上的御封茶4个人也只有分到1分2的田!</P><>我们在蔡大姐家喝茶.跟她聊天.她告诉我们如何区分春茶和夏茶.春茶之后的夏茶的产量就比较大了. 现在市面上号称龙井的.就算是真的.也大多是那些茶.蔡大姐家有高及房梁的大铁皮筒.她踩了梯子上去.从里面拽出一个布包.布包里有这个茶采摘的时间. 她跟一家在南非的华侨有超过十年的寄茶历史.那家华侨十年前去她家喝茶后,每年给她寄钱来.连邮费都包含在里面.要她寄1斤春茶去.</P>
