杭州的麻辣烫

银泰后面弄堂里的这个麻辣烫摊子早就闻名了，昨天和丹琪路过，顺便尝了下，味道还不错，比在成都吃的好吃。他们据说是重庆来的
各种材料一大摊，自己拿个小筐子挑好要吃的东西，然后交给一个小伙子，他烫熟了装碗里就可以吃了。

在成都吃，到最后是数竹签算钱，一根签子一角钱，我和朋友4个人吃了200多串就很饱了才20多块钱。这里大概是蔬菜类的5角一串，肉类的1元一串，我这样一碗6元钱。

没吃过重庆的麻辣烫，不过成都的是象火锅一样要自己烫了吃，汤底上厚厚的一层红油，我不太习惯那么油腻，吃了总要拉肚子。这里的不知道是不是为了适应杭州人的口味改良过了，没什么油，比较清爽，麻辣的调料可以根据个人口味自己加。

看着感觉一般般嘛，在曹安花市后门边上有一家晨记麻辣烫的，不错的哦，呵呵~~~~~~~~我经常在花市转悠完了来上一大碗，再回家
