鲜笋+熟咸肉+水-----小火炖一小时，加盐。味鲜得口水直流。

隔水蒸熟后，汤水不要用，咸肉切片配菜，菜就不用放盐了。

用熟咸肉，汤比较清爽。生的煮也可以。
