鲜笋+熟咸肉+水-----小火炖一小时,加盐。味鲜得口水直流。

我做的咸肉太咸了,怎么办?

隔水蒸熟后,汤水不要用,咸肉切片配菜,菜就不用放盐了。

用熟咸肉,汤比较清爽。生的煮也可以。
