同事从武汉带的腊鱼,俺从来没做过,就随便试试

把炸了的鱼捞起来,放油,然后炒姜,蒜,大葱,豆豉,炒的香香的,再重新把鱼放进去
翻炒,加了点酒,少量的老抽、生抽,糖,加辣椒干

然后加水焖10分钟,ok,可以吃了
