1.选定一张照片
2.用选择椭圆选取框工具,拉出一个大圆
3.复制拉出来的这一部分，然后新建一个图层,
4.再选择椭圆选取框工具,拉出一个小圆,另外建一个新的图层,把刚才复制的粘贴上去。
5.选择“椭圆”工具，按住“shift”在图上拉一个圆，圆的边缘略微接近图片边缘，留点空间。
选添加图层样式,选描边.(同样的方法做一个小的圆)
6.最后用文字工具,写自己喜欢的东东.导出就OK.(没写过,不知道看的明白吗?)
