今天闷热的天气，晚餐就是酸酸凉凉的漏鱼了。

其实就是西北的搅团的另一个吃法。
我用的是一碗面粉加半碗地瓜粉（或土豆淀粉也好吃）

用两碗凉水搅开成均匀的糊

锅里放水加点盐烧开用一个大碗舀出一碗水放在边上（等一会如果面糊太稠可以把这个水慢慢的加一些进去）

水开了之后把面粉糊轻轻的倒进锅里，然后用铁勺开始大力的搅不要让糊粘锅底

扶稳了锅不停的搅如果感觉阻力太大就加一点刚才取出来的水。搅团就是越搅越精到：）搅到手酸的时候面糊也呈现半透明的感觉，面糊流下来的感觉像丝绸一样顺滑可以关火了。这个工具是家人专门从千里之外带来的，如果你没有我看到有的朋友可以用电饭锅里的蒸盘呢。]

准备一大盆凉开水（最好放点冰块在里面）把煮好的面糊舀进漏鱼勺里，等一下就会有大大小小的鱼鱼争先恐后的钻进水里了：）

家里没有桨水，我用自己家的泡菜剁碎加一点泡菜汤，放点蒜蓉，辣椒粉，花椒粉葱花。用热油浇香放点味精和盐做一个蘸水。
