蝴蝶飞飞

香椿炒蛋：
原料：香椿若干，鸡蛋根据香椿末定，盐，色拉油少许。
做法：香椿切末，蛋打散后，倒入香椿末，加入盐，再打匀。油锅烧热倒油，煎透，下一步骤可以不作，倒点水烧一下（偶喜欢烧的），最后起锅。

香椿我那位是不碰的，除了这个菜，说最好再加点虾，下次再实验。

清炒茄子：
原料：茄子一根（就一个人量少）、姜、盐、油少许
做法：茄子切滚刀片，油锅烧热入油，加姜丝煸一下，入茄片，颜色变后加盐，稍炒，加水烧，我喜欢吃软的，时间长了点，起锅，完毕。

MM夏天可以试试蒸茄子，不过用的是那种细的茄子，隔水蒸，然后用筷子把它拔拉成一条一条的，盐，味精，麻油，拌一下味道也很好的[em02]

昨天晚饭吃不进，炖了个蛋，望着蛋，胃口还是不行，想起冰箱里的蕃茄酱，浇了些在蛋面上，觉得味道不错，有蕃茄的味道，懒人懒办法[em01][em01]
