<>今天好热,去市场转了圈,想想还是吃冷面吧,我从没做过,瞎做的,就在卖面的摊头买的蒸过的面,专门做冷面用的.回家用开水烧开，然后撩出来，用油拌，放空调电风扇下面吹，拌料看个人喜好，我一般用醋，花生酱，喜欢辣的放点辣油，今天我炒了个三丝的料，蟮丝，茭白丝，黄瓜丝，原本想放绿豆牙的，但是好象摘起来麻烦了点。看看成品吧，不好意思，这个是中午吃剩的了</P>

<>就是水烧开,面下去,稍微煮一下,时间要短,面不要烂,我用的普通烧菜的葵花子油拌的,要拌透,让面上都有油,开着电扇吹,然后把面撩起来,让面凉透,今天我是开了空调,还用电扇吹,主要就是让面凉的快,这样面就不容易成一团</P>
