>喜爱香草，愿闻其香，更愿食其味。

>对中国常吃的香菜和茴香就非常喜爱了，自从养了香草，又自从有香草园做俺的后菜园，俺可以随着性子慢慢品玩了。这真是一种快乐，吃的快乐，种得快乐，采得更快乐。

>虽然俺做饭的水平潮，可还是做出了几道固定菜。想吃了就去采，这种感觉也是很美妙的。

>俺做菜无章无法，随意的成份多。

>牛至因为它特殊的功效是其它香草和蔬菜所不能及的，这就是它含有的活性物质SOD，也就是抗衰老素，是目前已知蔬菜中含量最高的。也就是说，常吃会美容养颜且延年益寿。俺喜欢用它拌沙拉，牛至浓郁的香气，就是吃完了很久，嘴里都留有余香。

>搞不清是先放冬瓜还是先放海鲜，类似这种哪个先入锅的问题经常困扰着俺，俺只有蒙了。
先放的冬瓜，烧一会儿后再放了海鲜，汤里加紫苏叶和一点盐，反正做出来好喝就行。
